Why Our Shadow/Mirror Juries Are So Valuable
- Matched with actual jurors at trial
- Daily briefings organized by experienced trial consultants and jury consultants
- Specially trained to insure privacy and quality information
- Scientific precautions used to insure effectiveness
- In tandem with a Professional Trial Observer
The Advocates can place a trained shadow/mirror jury in the courtroom that has many of the same characteristics as the sitting jury in the courtroom. The purpose of the shadow/mirror jury is to provide lay person feedback that can be analyzed and provide the basis for important recommendations for enhancing your effectiveness in trial.
Each day after the conclusion of proceedings, the individual shadow/mirror jurors are interviewed by one of our experienced trial consultants to determine their judgments about key issues. We then analyze the information we obtain and make recommendations that are passed on to the trial team within 2-3 hours after the conclusion of the proceedings.
Extra precautions are taken to assure reliability of responses and confidentiality.
